1Using CircleSpot

By creating an account or installing the CircleSpot app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app — it's that simple.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on your own. Younger users can join a circle managed by a parent or guardian.

2Your account

Keep your login details safe — you're responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has access, contact us immediately.

3What you put in

You own your content — display name, avatar, anything you add. You give us only the permission we need to show your circle the things you want them to see.

4Subscriptions & billing

• Free is free — no card required
• Premium is billed monthly through the Google Play store
• You can cancel any time; your circle drops back to Free at the end of the billing period
• Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy

5Things you can't do

• Reverse-engineer the app or break our security
• Resell or rebrand CircleSpot as your own product
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or stalk anyone

6Liability

CircleSpot is a tool that helps you stay in touch — it isn't a replacement for emergency services, GPS hardware, or a parent's good judgement. We do our best to keep the app reliable, but location accuracy depends on your phone, your network, and signal conditions we can't control.

7Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change, we'll let you know in the app and by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. You can always read the current version on this page.
